Ingredients For Raseele Gulab Jamun:

*2 1/2 cups sugar

*1 cup water

*1 tsp cardomom powder

*3/4 cups all-purpose flour

*2 1/2 cups dry milk

*1 tsp baking powder

*1 tsp cardamom

*1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

Procedure for Raseele Gulab Jamun:

Start by mixing water and sugar in a pot, then letting it boil. Stir constantly to avoid sugar clumps. Stop when the sugar is all the way dissolved and mix dry milk, baking powder, cardamom powder and heavy whipping cream in a large bowl and stir until mixed completely. Then divide them into 1 inch balls and fry in medium to low heat until golden brown. Take them from the pan and quickly place them in syrup. Serve the warm or cold raseele gulab jamun with family and friends.
